Meet with students from a variety of Engineering backgrounds looking for internships and full-time careers! Who Can Attend?
While Engineering companies make up the majority of employers that attend, any organization with a need to fill positions in Computer Science, Business Technology, Fintech, Computer Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, and Electrical Engineering for full-time or internship positions are welcome to register.

- 11:55 pm - Opening Remarks @ Lakeside Expo Center
- 12:00 pm - Doors Open & Student Registration Begin
- 3:00 pm - Closing Remarks & Conclusion of Career Day
Registration Rate: Registration closes on Friday, September 25 at 5:00 pm.
Early Registration (before August 28, 2026): $399
General Registration (after August 28, 2026): $499

- Entry for up to (4) representatives
- (1) 6 ft x 2 ft tablewith (2) chairs
- Parkingfor up to (4) vehicles
- Lunch & refreshmentsduring the fair (available 11 am - 3 pm)
Parking Information will be provided at least one week prior to the event.
SHIPPING INFORMATION
In an effort to better track packages, please take a picture of all packages for the fair, prior to mailing them out, and email them to careerexpo@miami.edu. We recommend using Federal Express or UPS when shipping materials and will accept items from up until September 29th. Packages must have your company and the career fair name (Engineering Career Day) clearly marked on the outside.
- 📢 Disclaimer for Packages:The Toppel Career Center and Student Center Complex are not responsible for any lost, missing, or stolen packages being sent to and/or mailed out of the Toppel Career Center. Pictures will be taken of all packages received prior to and after the fair. Any package not labeled properly with the company and career fair name will not be taken to the venue.
