Safety and Ethics in Engineering

Address basic principles of accident prevention and safety engineering through the analysis and design of safety procedures and accident control procedures in industries with a European Context. The cities of Madrid, Toledo and Valencia will be our classroom as we explore creating safe and health workplaces. Finally, ethical decision making will be lens that we use as we explore these principles with a variety of site visits throughout Madrid and trips to Toledo and Valencia.

Biomedical Engineering |
Biomedical Engineering Department at the College of Engineering is offering classes abroad during the summer 2025 in Florence, Italy. Students will be able to take BME 335, BME 375 or BME 495. You will have the opportunity to visit different cities and learn about the Italian culture. We expect to visit Piaggio, the Lamborghini and Ducati Factories and Museums!
