Cafecito Chat

Join the Society of Hispanic Professional Engineers (SHPE) for a Cafecito Chat on Tuesday, Feb. 20th! Engage with a panel of engineering students as they share insights on internships and professionalism. Plus, savor the flavor of traditional Cuban coffee as a special treat. Intro to Arduino Workshop

5:00 PM – 6:00 PM | MEA 220

Join UMaker to learn the basics of Arduino! We will provide the Arduino board, LEDs, potentiometers, motors, prototype boards, and wires needed for the activity. All you will need to participate is a computer that has a USB port or a USB adapter if needed. You'll learn how to wire up Arduino circuits and write your own code to instantly see your code come to life! We'll be learning how to use potentiometers to modify the colors of an LED RGB. No prior experience is needed!

Sandwich Production Line

Get ready for an immersive experience at the Syntho-Matrix event hosted by the American Association for Aerosol Research! Join us on Thursday, Feb. 22nd, from 12:00 noon to 3:30 pm at FICMS, 3rd floor. Registered candidates will have the unique opportunity to synthesize materials using aerosol reactors and contribute to the design of synthesized nanomaterials.
